Eating with Integrity Update

Since I began Eating with Integrity I’ve learned a lot.  I know that I can control my weight without fasting.  I know that I still binge when I fast and that I’m sensitive to my triggers.  I know what my body likes and what it doesn’t.  And I know that I have very little portion control.

I can think of several reasons for this – over a decade on Olanzipine, a lifetime of bingeing and food just tasting so good!  But, basically, I can tell when I’m very hungry now and I can tell when I’ve eaten too much but I need some help at finding the in between points.

That’s why I’ve rejoined Weightwatchers.  It’s not so much about weight loss this time around, but about learning what’s really appropriate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you like, it puts a brake on the rollercoaster.

  1. We suffer with portions. A lot. Something for 6 will do the 3 of us.

    Thankfully I’m an active(ish) bloke and can burn it off and my daughter seems to be losing weight. The wife, however… She has had to go on a diet again. B-(
