Ingredients (all measurements are approximate):
- 3 cups coconut flakes
- 1 cup flaked almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 100g melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 150C.
- Combine all ingredients in a large oven-proof dish. You want a shallow layer of the mix rather than a deep one so that everything gets toasted.
- Pop it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool, and serve with milk and, if you want, sweetener.
- Store in the fridge.
