Yesterday went really well although I did have to deviate from my plan a little. I thought I had parmesan in the house to make pizza but, apparently, I don’t. Unfortunately, reducing my temazepam didn’t go so well. I did get to sleep with 2.5mg but woke up, wide awake after about three hours. I tried to get back to sleep but it took two hours and another 7.5mg (taken in 2.5mg increments) to achieve this. I shall go back to 5mg tonight to try and re-establish my routine. Today’s challenge is really just to stay awake as I’m feeling really dozy this morning.
