Food Diary (Day 6)

I was completely without oomph yesterday and spent most of the day in bed.  I’m going to argue that this means I needed fewer calories but the truth is that I just couldn’t be bothered to cook.

Breakfast was porridge (as planned):

Lunch was a snack of flaked almonds.  And dinner was a skinny smoothie followed by more porridge for supper.

Today’s plan is:

Porridge
Shop-bought sandwich/panini
Grilled Halloumi, Rocket & Courgette Salad
Skinny Smoothie
