Food Diary (Day 1)

Food-wise, today has been fantabulous!  I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner with nothing in between (which is my ideal).  Each meal has kept me feeling satisfied until the next and (apart from my ‘faded‘ feeling which is med-induced) I’ve been feeling good.
